Wellness in Kenya
Including Diani Beach Yoga and Wellness Coast, Lake Bogoria Hot Springs, and Nanyuki and Laikipia Plateau Retreats. On the map.
The vibe
Unwinding happens naturally amidst rustling palms and vast horizons, where restorative treatments draw on botanical oils and coastal breezes rather than sterile clinical aesthetics found in urban day spas. The dry, temperate months offer the most refreshing climate for outdoor yoga and deep relaxation retreats. The vibe is refreshingly unpretentious and intimate, usually centered around boutique eco-lodges or quiet coastal beach houses where your biggest decision of the day is choosing between a massage and a hammock.
