Wellness in Iran
Including Mahallat, Ramsar, and Sarein. On the map.
The vibe
Rest and recovery here take the form of visiting ornate, centuries-old bathhouses or seeking out mineral springs tucked into mountain valleys, far from modern corporate spa polish. The cooler shoulder seasons are ideal for soaking away the dust of long travel days in steaming historic waters. The experience is deeply traditional and DIY, requiring you to navigate local customs rather than booking a pampering resort package.
