Located just south of Baku, this area serves as the primary hub for wind-driven water sports on the Caspian Sea. The consistent thermal winds make it a reliable spot for kiteboarding and wingfoiling enthusiasts during the summer months.
Access. Accessible by taxi or local transport from central Baku. Several seasonal kite schools operate directly on the beach, providing equipment rentals and lessons for visitors.
Notes. Best wind conditions occur from June to September. Water quality can vary; check local reports for seasonal advisories.

This stretch of the Caspian coastline offers wide, open sandy areas that are increasingly popular for kiteboarding. The side-onshore winds provide a safe environment for intermediate riders to practice.
Access. Located about 30km north of Baku. Travelers typically reach the area via private vehicle or regional bus, with local kite clubs providing mobile support and gear storage.
Notes. Crowds are minimal, but infrastructure is limited compared to Baku city beaches.
