Access. Access is primarily shore-based, requiring visitors to bring their own gear or source it from local fishing equipment retailers in the town of Neum. There are no dedicated spearfishing charters, so this is a DIY destination.
Notes. A valid fishing permit is required for all recreational fishing, including spearfishing. Spearfishing with scuba gear is strictly prohibited; only freediving is allowed. Check local regulations for seasonal closures and protected species.
