The vibe
Snorkeling here is defined by the vibrant, shallow reefs that feel like an extension of the island's lush landscape, offering a much more personal connection to the sea than the commercialized snorkel tours of larger islands. The water clarity is exceptional throughout the year, though the calmest conditions arrive outside of the late summer months. You will mostly be exploring on your own terms, drifting over coral formations that feel untouched and blissfully free of heavy boat traffic.

This unique site features a collection of submerged statues that have become an artificial reef, attracting a variety of tropical fish and marine life. The shallow depth makes it an excellent location for snorkelers to drift over the art installations and surrounding coral formations.
Access. Accessible via boat tours departing from St. George's or Grand Anse Beach; most snorkel operators in the area include this as a primary stop.
Notes. Marine protected area; touching the sculptures is prohibited to protect the coral growth.
