Access. Accessible primarily via half-day catamaran or speedboat snorkel tours operating out of Jolly Harbour or Shekerley Bay.
Notes. Open-ocean swell can occasionally affect visibility; guided boat tours are required for safety and reef protection.
Great Bird Island

Situated off the northeast coast of Antigua, this uninhabited islet is surrounded by shallow coral shelves and calm, clear waters. Snorkelers can encounter vibrant reef fish, starfish, and occasionally sea turtles just a short swim from the sandy shore.
Access. Visited via organized eco-tours, sailboat charters, or water taxis departing from mainland Antigua's eastern coast.
