Mzaar Kfardebian is the largest and most popular ski resort in the Middle East, offering over 80 kilometers of groomed trails across diverse mountain peaks. The resort features wide-open bowls, steep descents, and spectacular views extending all the way to the Mediterranean Sea on clear days.
Access. Located about an hour's drive northeast of Beirut, Mzaar is easily accessible via rented car or private transfer up the winding mountain roads. Day passes are available at the resort base, and visitors typically base themselves in Faraya or nearby boutique hotels.
Notes. The ski season typically runs from December to April, heavily dependent on natural snowfall. High altitude peaks require proper acclimation and weather awareness.
