Access. Sailing is primarily accessed through private yachting clubs and small-scale charter operations based near Banjul and the Cape Point area.
Notes. Best sailed during the dry season from November to May. Tidal currents in the river can be strong; local knowledge is recommended for navigating the estuary channels.
