Widely considered one of the most spectacular golf courses in the world, this links layout is situated within the Arctic Circle. Golfers travel here for the unique experience of playing under the Midnight Sun, with dramatic mountain backdrops and the Norwegian Sea bordering the fairways.
Access. Located on the island of Gimsøya in the Lofoten archipelago, accessible via a short drive from Svolvær airport or ferry terminals.
Notes. Season is short (May to September). Wind is a constant factor. No formal handicap certificate required, but pace of play is strictly monitored.

This championship course is known for its rugged, natural terrain that blends elements of parkland and heathland. It is highly regarded for its challenging design and beautiful views of the surrounding fjords.
Access. Located north of Bergen, accessible via a scenic drive from the city.
Notes. The course is exposed to the elements, making wind a significant factor. Best played in mid-summer.

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., this championship parkland course is widely regarded as one of the best in Scandinavia. It features large, undulating greens and strategic bunkering that challenges even the most experienced players.
Access. Located just outside Oslo, easily reachable by car from the city center or Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
Notes. Open during the summer season. Standard golf attire required. Parkland setting with significant elevation changes.

As the oldest golf club in Norway, Bogstad is a historic parkland course located on the shores of Lake Bogstadvannet. It offers a classic, mature layout that has hosted numerous international championships.
Access. Situated in the western part of Oslo, it is easily accessible by public transport or a short taxi ride from the city center.
Notes. Private club with visitor access; booking in advance is essential. Strict dress code applies.
