The Muri Night Markets offer an open-air street-food experience operating several nights a week along the eastern coast of Rarotonga. Food trucks and pop-up stalls serve up heaped plates of grilled local fish, pawpaw salad, octopus curry, and fresh fruit smoothies under the palms.
Access. Situated in the Muri village hub on the eastern side of Rarotonga; open select evenings usually from 5 PM onwards.
Notes. Bring cash as card facilities are limited at individual food stalls, and come early as popular seafood dishes tend to run out quickly.
