One of Singapore's most popular coastal fishing spots jutting deep into the Singapore Straits. Anglers target groupers, snappers, and occasionally rays or small sharks using bottom-fishing and heavy shore casting techniques.
Access. Completely free public access via East Coast Park. Easily reachable by bus, car, or cycling paths, making it very accessible for independent travelers.
Notes. No license required for recreational rod-and-line fishing from public jetties, but catch-and-release is encouraged for undersized fish. Avoid restricted security zones nearby.
