Access. Accessible via frequent flights from Seoul to Jeju International Airport; numerous dive shops are located in Seogwipo.
Notes. Best diving from June to October; water temperatures vary significantly by season.
Ulleungdo Island

Located in the East Sea, Ulleungdo is renowned for its exceptional water clarity and rugged underwater terrain. Divers explore deep rocky walls and pinnacles that host a mix of cold and warm water species.
Access. Accessible by ferry from Pohang, Gangneung, or Mukho; dive centers operate directly on the island.
Notes. Visibility can exceed 20-30 meters; diving is highly weather-dependent due to open sea conditions.
