The vibe
Dive sites here offer a blend of historic wrecks and unique geological formations, giving a sense of adventure not found elsewhere. The best visibility is in late spring and early autumn, when currents are calm and water is warm. Dive operators run organized trips, yet the more remote sites attract seasoned divers who prefer a DIY approach.

Located in a former coal mine basin, TODI offers a unique controlled environment for divers to explore an artificial reef structure populated by thousands of tropical fish. It is a premier training and leisure site for Belgian divers during the colder months.
Access. Located in Beringen; visitors can book slots directly through the facility's website. Full rental gear is available on-site.
Notes. Depth is 10 meters; constant temperature of 23°C. No currents or weather restrictions.
