Saint Martin's Island is Bangladesh's sole coral-fringed offshore island, offering shallow reef diving with scattered coral heads and tropical reef fish. Divers travel here for its isolated tropical setting in the Bay of Bengal and exploratory coastal marine life.
Access. Accessible via seasonal ferry services from Teknaf or Cox's Bazar, with local dive operators and equipment charter available during the calm winter season.
Notes. Best dived between November and February when sea conditions are calmest; visibility can vary.
