Climbing on Bermuda's sheer limestone bluffs gives a sense of vertical adventure amid turquoise waters, a contrast to the island's calm beaches. Year-round, but spring and fall provide cooler winds and clearer skies. Climbers are a mix of experienced locals and adventurous visitors, often meeting in informal groups rather than organized tours.

Bermuda offers unique limestone sea cliff climbing, primarily focused on deep water soloing (DWS) and bouldering along its rugged, wave-eroded coastline. The rock is sharp, porous limestone that provides technical, pumpy movement directly above the Atlantic Ocean.
Access. Access is primarily via public beaches and coastal paths; the best areas are found along the South Shore. There are no dedicated climbing shops on the island, so visitors must bring their own crash pads and climbing shoes.
Notes. Primarily a DWS and bouldering destination; high humidity and salt spray require careful gear maintenance. Best visited during the shoulder seasons to avoid peak summer heat.
