The vibe
Maldives beaches feel like stepping onto a postcard, with powder‑white sand and turquoise water that seems unreal compared to any other coast. The climate is warm and sunny year‑round, but the dry season from November to April gives the clearest skies. Most of the shoreline is lined with resorts, so the vibe is largely touristy, though quieter stretches can be found if you wander off the main islands.
