Situated next to one of the world's oldest continuously inhabited cities, Byblos Beach offers a pleasant mix of sand and fine pebbles by the azure sea. Swimmers can enjoy refreshing waters while taking in views of the medieval castle and ancient port.
Access. A short walk from downtown Byblos and the historic harbor area, with both public sections and private beach resorts.
Chekka Beach, Chekka

Chekka is famous along the northern Lebanese coast for its brilliant turquoise waters and rocky coves fed by underwater freshwater springs. The coastline offers refreshing swimming spots with unique water temperatures and scenic limestone cliffs.
Access. Easily reached via the main coastal highway north of Batroun, with many private resorts and public access points.
Damour Beach, Damour

South of Beirut, Damour features a long expanse of dark golden sand backed by agricultural plains and banana groves. The beach is popular for its energetic surf culture, beach clubs, and expansive shoreline ideal for long walks.
Access. Easily accessible by a 20-minute drive south along the highway from Beirut.
Notes. Waves can occasionally create strong currents; swimmers should exercise caution on windy days.
Sfandaya Beach, Sidon
