The vibe

Late autumn and early spring offer the ideal weather window, avoiding the intense summer heat that empties the coastal promenades. The scene leans heavily local, with families picnicking on carpets near the water, while foreign visitors remain a rare sight on the sand.

Located off the southern coast of Qeshm Island, this beach is famous for its shimmering, silver-flecked sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. It offers a unique, tranquil escape where visitors can observe dolphins in the surrounding waters and enjoy the pristine, untouched shoreline.
Access. Accessible via a short 20-minute boat ride from the Shib Deraz port on Qeshm Island; limited facilities, best visited as a day trip.
Notes. The sand contains natural mineral particles that create a sparkling effect; be mindful of local tides.
Nayband Beach, Bushehr

Situated within the Nayband Marine National Park, this beach features dramatic coastal cliffs overlooking a serene, sandy bay. It is a rare, protected stretch of coastline that offers visitors a pristine environment for swimming and appreciating the natural beauty of the Persian Gulf.
Access. Accessible by road from Bushehr or Asaluyeh; requires a private vehicle or guided tour as it is located within a protected national park area.
